Welcome to LilliNello. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lillinello website, online store, products and related services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by LilliNello LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("Lillinello," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, carrier delays, customs, incorrect delivery information and other events.

8. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing items, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at support@lillinello.com.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other reasonable resolution.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and then contact us if further assistance is required.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Please review the Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

Refunds approved by LilliNello will generally be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

10. Cancellations and Changes

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered processing or has been shipped.

If an order has already shipped, the applicable Return & Refund Policy will apply.

11. Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, coupon codes or other special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

offers cannot be combined;
discounts have no cash value;
offers may be limited to certain products, customers or time periods; and

You grant LilliNello a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display content you voluntarily submit to us in connection with our products and marketing, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LilliNello and its owners, officers, employees, agents and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or purchase of our products.

Where permitted by law, LilliNello's aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to LilliNello for the product giving rise to the claim.
