Why Bake Your Own Sourdough
The Natural Choice for Healthier Cooking
Shape & Prove Like a Pro
The handmade rattan banneton supports your dough as it proves and wicks away moisture, encouraging great fermentation, an open crumb and that signature spiral finish.
Healthier Homemade Bread
Bake fresh loaves free from the preservatives and additives found in shop-bought bread, using nothing but flour, water and time.
A Beautiful Artisan Finish
Natural rattan leaves those classic proving rings on your crust, giving every loaf a handcrafted, bakery-window look.
For Beginners & Seasoned Bakers
Sourdough is more forgiving than most people expect, and the right tools make it easy and genuinely enjoyable, whether it's your first loaf or your hundredth.

Questions, answered.
How long does the starter last?
A well-fed starter can last indefinitely — some bakers have kept theirs going for decades. Feed yours every 7 days if kept in the fridge, or daily at room temperature. Your kit includes a care card with full feeding instructions.
Do I need any baking experience?
None at all. The illustrated recipe card walks you through every stage — from first feed to first scored loaf — with timings, temperatures and what to look for at each step. If you can follow a recipe, you can bake with this kit.
How should I care for the banneton?
After each use, turn it out and tap away any loose flour. Leave it to air dry completely before storing — never submerge in water. Over time the flour builds up a natural non-stick coating that improves with every loaf.
When will I receive it, and is it gift-ready?
Orders ship in 2-3 business days. Everything arrives in a gift box — no additional wrapping needed. If you'd like to add a handwritten message, select the gift option at checkout.
What's your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
